📏 Golden rules
Machines face YOUWhen you place a machine, its front turns toward you. For planters, harvesters, breeders and mob killers, stand where you want them to work and place the machine while looking at the spot.
Cables connect by themselvesPut Basic Cables next to each other and next to machines. Energy flows on its own from generators into Power Cells and machines.
See the work areaOpen the machine and press Visualize Region to see a yellow box. The +/- buttons change its size.
Items & chestsRight-click the cable where it touches a chest to choose Insert (items go in) or Extract (items come out).

/nova items.1. ⚡ First power
- Furnace Generator: put coal or wood inside.
- Basic Power Cell: stores energy so machines keep going.
- Electric Furnace (or any machine).
- Solar Panels: free energy in the daytime. They need open sky above them.
- Basic Cables join everything.
💡 Every setup below needs power. Copy this one first and add cables from the Power Cell to your other machines.
2. ⛏️ Ore doubler
- Chest with raw ores (set its cable to Extract).
- Pulverizer: crushes each ore into 2 dust.
- Electric Furnace: smelts the dust into ingots.
- Chest for your ingots (set its cable to Insert).
- Power from setup 1.
💡 Twice the iron and gold from every ore!
3. 🌾 Crop farm
- Planter, facing the field: put seeds inside. It plants on farmland in front of it (and hoes dirt for you).
- Harvester, facing the field: it picks crops when they are ready.
- Chest for the harvest.
- Power.
💡 Add a Fertilizer (with bone meal inside) facing the field to grow crops faster. Keep a water block in the middle so the farmland stays wet.
4. 🌳 Tree farm
- Tree Factory: put a sapling inside. It grows a tiny tree and makes logs over and over.
- Chest for the wood.
- Power.
💡 No axe needed! It uses quite a lot of power, so give it a Power Cell.
5. 🪨 Endless cobblestone
- Fluid Tank with water.
- Fluid Tank with lava.
- Cobblestone Generator: mixes them into cobblestone.
- Storage Unit: holds a huge pile of one item. Use a Trash Can instead if you don't need it.
💡 Fill the tanks by opening them and putting in buckets, or pipe water and lava in with a Pump.
6. 🐄 Animal farm
- Breeder, facing the pen: put wheat, seeds or carrots inside. It breeds animals (up to a limit).
- Mob Killer, facing the pen.
- Vacuum Chest in the pen: picks up the drops.
- Chest (set to Insert) for leather, meat and wool.
💡 Want to keep your animals? Skip the Mob Killer and just use the Breeder.
7. 🎣 Auto fisher
- Auto Fisher placed right on top of water, with a fishing rod inside.
- Chest for the fish (and treasure!).
8. 🔥 Lava power
- Pump next to a lava lake: it sucks lava from the area around it.
- Lava Generator: turns lava into lots of energy.
- Power Cell, then cables to your machines.
💡 The Pump has a mode button in its menu: it can leave the lava in place or replace it as it goes.
9. 🕳️ Quarry
- Quarry: place it at the edge of the area you want to dig, then set the size in its menu. A frame appears and the drill digs down, collecting everything.
- Storage Unit or chests for all the blocks.
💡 Quarries use a LOT of energy and dig huge holes. Ask an admin where you're allowed to put one, and never inside someone else's land!
10. 🔋 Charging corner
- Charger: put jetpacks and electric tools in to fill them up.
- Wireless Charger: charges items in the pockets of players standing nearby.
